Our Data

Published procurement records support discovery, qualification and market research. Coverage depends on the source, retained history and the features enabled in your workspace.

Sources and coverage

TenderSNAP’s data programme includes Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Public Contracts Scotland and selected TED notices. Source inclusion does not mean every notice, country or historical period is available. It does not imply a partnership or government endorsement.

Before relying on coverage, check the source labels, date range and latest available records in your workspace. Coverage varies by source and date. Check the official notice for amendments and deadlines before acting.

Source scope and TenderSNAP availability
Public sourcePublished scopeTenderSNAP position
Contracts FinderGovernment opportunities, future opportunities and previous contract information. Other UK nations also have dedicated portals.Notice ingestion and historical record processing are documented. The extent and freshness of records available to an individual workspace must be checked.
Find a TenderUK public procurement notices, including high-value public and utilities contracts.Current and historical ingestion pathways are documented. This is not confirmation that continuous refresh or all historical periods are currently available.
Public Contracts ScotlandOpportunities published by public-sector bodies in Scotland.Included in the source programme. Confirm enabled records and current availability rather than assuming complete Scottish coverage.
TEDEuropean public procurement notices published through Tenders Electronic Daily.Integration work is staged and bounded. Do not treat it as complete five-country coverage, a continuous Europe-wide feed or a confirmed future tender list.

Live opportunities and history

Discovery concerns opportunities that may be open to bids. Market Intelligence uses published awards, buyer and supplier records, and contract information where available. Historical research records are distinct from a live tender shortlist.

A contract end date is not a submission deadline. An approaching expiry or estimated planning window does not confirm that a new tender will be published.

Refresh and source changes

The aim is to keep supported records up to date as sources publish changes. Actual availability depends on source publication, ingestion, processing and any interruption or repair work. No verified public refresh interval is promised here.

Check the original notice for amendments, attachments, deadlines and submission instructions. A recent processing timestamp is not proof that the buyer has made no further change.

How records support the product

Structured opportunity information and your Company Profile support ranking and Opportunity Fit. Published award and contract records support buyer and supplier research. Document analysis depends on the tender material available to the review, not just notice metadata.

A ranking or AI finding is a review aid. Your team still checks eligibility, evidence, delivery capacity and commercial suitability.

Known limits

Notices may omit values, dates or attachments. Names and identifiers may be ambiguous. Historical series can be incomplete, and published award values are not verified expenditure.

Some records may be withheld from a view while identity, relevance or processing issues are resolved. Absence from TenderSNAP does not prove that no procurement exists. We do not offer a public database-export or data-API product on this page.

Attribution and review

Reviewed 22 October 2026 against product source and retained integration documentation. This page is not a live operational status feed. Current source-by-source customer availability still requires release confirmation before public SaaS launch.

Use the official source links above for the published notice. Geography described there is the publisher’s scope, not a claim that TenderSNAP contains every record within it.
