Scope

This notice explains how TenderSNAP handles personal information collected through this public website and related demo enquiries. It does not replace any privacy terms that may apply to a customer subscription or separately agreed service.

Information we may receive

If you email us or book a demo, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, role, message and booking information. Our hosting infrastructure may also process routine technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, request times and requested pages for delivery, reliability and security.

The public website uses optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only when you accept analytics. Our newsletter signup is currently unavailable. The disabled form does not submit or store your email address.

Optional analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 records page visits and interactions such as demo-link clicks and product-film controls. It uses browser identifiers and analytics cookies to help us understand website use. We do not send names, email addresses, booking form entries or private dashboard activity to Analytics. URL query strings and fragments are excluded from our Google Analytics tracking configuration.

Microsoft Clarity records masked sessions and produces heatmaps to help us understand clicks, scrolling and usability issues on public marketing pages. It processes browser and device information, page activity and analytics identifiers. We mask all page text, including form content, and do not instrument the private dashboard, sign-in pages or APIs. Clarity is not loaded on pages whose URL or referrer contains a query string or fragment.

Analytics stays off before consent and when rejected. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops tracking, removes this site's Google Analytics and Clarity cookies, and reloads the page without either tag. Your preference is stored locally for up to 180 days; Google Analytics cookies also expire after 180 days. Clarity uses _clck to recognise a browser and _clsk to group page visits into a session; these cookies use Microsoft's own expiry periods. Google's configured retention is 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data; standard aggregated reporting may be retained longer.

Google processes analytics information under its service terms and may process it internationally. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website tag.

Microsoft processes Clarity information under its service terms and may process it internationally. See Microsoft's privacy statement and Clarity privacy information for its processing and retention details. We send denied advertising-storage consent to Clarity and do not send custom personal identifiers.

How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver demonstrations, understand interest in TenderSNAP, maintain website security and reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

When you choose to book a demo, Calendly processes the booking interaction under its own privacy terms. Website hosting providers, including Vercel where used for this deployment, may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. We do not state that we sell personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legitimate rights and security, or as part of a properly managed business transaction.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up, record-keeping, security and legal requirements. We use proportionate safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection relating to your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate data protection authority. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
